With over two decades of experience in business-focused strategy, people leadership, and research solutions, Ephlin brings a wealth of knowledge, innovative thinking, and proven leadership to our executive team.

Katherine Ephlin joins KJT following a distinguished career marked by a series of leadership roles at Gongos, and later Human8 culminating in her role as Managing Director, North America. During these roles she drove transformative growth, implemented industry-leading operational frameworks and facilitated strategic partnerships. As Research, Executive Vice President, she will oversee research delivery, advanced analytics, and support KJT’s innovation activation, further advancing KJT’s mission to impact their clients’ business to improve healthcare globally​.
