KJT Appoints Jason Solack as SVP of Operations

KJT today announces the appointment of Jason Solack as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Solack will lead operational strategy and execution across the organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency, supporting continued growth, and strengthening the integration of data, technology, and team performance.

Solack joins KJT with more than 27 years of progressive leadership experience, building and scaling high-performing teams across operations, data, and technology functions. Most recently, he served as Head of Operations, U.S., at Human8, overseeing U.S. operations for the global consumer insights organization.

Throughout his career, Solack has been recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams through growth and transformation, implement technology to reduce friction, and translate complex data into actionable, business-driving insights.
