According to the latest wave of KJT Group’s LightSource Poll, American adults are divided in their perceptions of the top issue facing the United States today. Choosing from a set of 12 items, 18% ranked health care reform as the most important issue, followed by terrorism (17%) and government effectiveness (12%). Focus has shifted since 2014, when terrorism, unemployment, and the national debt were most top-of-mind.

(Formerly Harris Interactive) where she was Director of Client Services, Healthcare; she led the customer experience center of excellence for the healthcare practice, consulting on and designing and executing strategic customer engagement, touchpoint evaluation and sales force effectiveness programs. Prior to her time at Nielsen, Cindy worked at TNS, Inc. and Rivel Research Group.

Michelle comes to us from Segmedica where she was Senior Director of Research, responsible for overall research management, client relationship development and staff mentoring. Prior to her time at Segmedica, Michelle spent thirteen years at Harris Interactive (now Nielsen), most recently as VP of Healthcare Research.
