KJT Group, Inc. Recognized as a Great Place to Work® on Certification Nation Day

HONEOYE FALLS, NY, June 22, 2021 – KJT is proud to celebrate Certification Nation Day on June 22, along with the community of Great Place to Work-Certified® companies across the country.

According to the company’s newly appointed CEO, Michaela Gascon, KJT was required to administer a Trust Index employee survey across the organization, with at least 70% of staff agreeing that the company is indeed a Great Place to Work.

“Great Place to Work Certification is an important accreditation,” said Gascon. “It demonstrates to the market that KJT is an employer of choice with a dedication to creating an ever-better workplace experience.

As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, KJT’s employee owners are extremely engaged in building a culture where everyone thinks like a leader. We feel responsibility for each other’s success and well-being, in addition to the success of the entire company. Because everyone here has a stake in the future, we’re passionate about how we conduct our business today.”

2021 has already been a big year for KJT, with the company being recognized as an Employer of the Year by the Rochester Business Journal for its workplace wellness program. In addition, KJT was named one of Rochester’s 2021 Top Workplaces by the Democrat & Chronicle (D&C). This is the fifth time KJT Group has been recognized by D&C as one of the top 38 small businesses (35-124 employees) to work for in the Rochester area.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified Great Workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified Workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

These same studies have shown a connection between great company cultures and better business performance. In fact, they see three times higher year-over-year revenue growth. And, companies on the FORTUNE 100 list of Best Companies to Work For experience half the voluntary turnover as that of their industry peers on average.

“The KJT culture definitely contributes to our ability to add value to our clients,” said Gascon. “As a company, KJT has built a culture of continuous improvement from the bottom up, empowering all team members to seek better ways to conduct our business, in order to benefit our clients.”

Gascon added, “As President and CEO of this great, values-based company, I invite anyone interested in joining a team that offers work-life balance, great benefits, career growth and long-term wealth building to check out our open positions. We’re always interested in adding skilled, passionate and insightful research professionals to KJT!” https://bit.ly/3d1yNtg
