Segmentation is the most effective and holistic way to identify which customers (current and potential) are worth your time and effort. However, not all segmentations are created equal and implementing segmentation insights into action is just as important (if not more) than being able to effectively execute the research and communicate its insights in the first place.

|Bio||Alex has been in the insights business for 15 years and focused on the healthcare industry for most of that time. She has expertise in research design, execution and storytelling (both quantitative and qualitative) across a variety of industries (pharma/biotech, MedTech, insurance, etc.), audiences, and therapeutic areas (including rare diseases).||Michael started his career in pharma in 2001. After 14 years in Gen Pharma, he moved into plasma therapeutics where he has been able to expand his work in analytical database marketing along with continued work in the digital space. Along with his boss, the six products in their remit have doubled in revenue over the past seven years.|
