Peg Jaynes has over 20 years of market research experience encompassing healthcare, consumer products and services, as well as loyalty and brand management. Peg’s healthcare market research experience includes a range of specialties and conditions such as endocrinology, oncology, neurology, mental health, diabetes, asthma and Alzheimer’s disease.
Her expertise includes the project management of studies from inception through final report delivery and presentation - including survey preparation, liaison with research operations, client engagement and the reporting and analysis of results. She brings particular strength in areas of quality control, project and timeline management. Peg’s work has included managing large-scale, tracker studies (customer satisfaction, awareness, trial and usage (ATU), loyalty, and brand/advertising) for major healthcare companies, as well as custom research healthcare studies such as concept testing, new product development.
Peg earned a BA in Business from North Carolina Wesleyan College, where she was a Summa Cum Laude graduate.
