Executive Administrator

(Full-time/Permanent, Non-Exempt)

 

The Executive Administrator is responsible for day-to-day management of the reception area, associated supply and facility tasks and HR day-to-day tasks.  Additionally, the administrator focuses on executive support functions, maximizing the effectiveness of senior leadership.  The administrator meets regularly with the executive team members to facilitate day-to-day scheduling and prioritization of needs, transcending both their individual and company-based tasks. All of our employees are responsible for and committed to the highest level of data security and client confidentiality.

Executive Assistant Role
Conserves executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.  Maintains C-suite and other’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and coordinates travel.  Complete expense reports for senior executives. Manage & coordinate travel for senior executives.
