Accounting Associate

(Part time/Permanent, Non-Exempt)

 

The Accounting Associate is responsible for day to day transactions of the company finances, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as administering payroll. To accomplish these tasks, they are to work with management and colleagues to ensure that employees, company and vendors are paid in a timely manner and that the expenses and payments are appropriately allocated. All of our employees are responsible for and committed to the highest level of data security and client confidentiality.
