Gina Derickson, MBA brings creativity and a variety of techniques to KJT Group’s qualitative projects to bring the “voice of the customer” to life in an inspiring, actionable way. She has over 20 years of global market research experience, as a vendor and client, across many industries, and specializes in qualitative research.
In her 11+ healthcare years, she has collaborated with marketing and engineering leaders from the fuzzy front end of innovation to product launch and tracking for a variety of medical devices and procedures. Specific cohorts she has researched include surgeons (general, colorectal, bariatric, thoracic, GYN), patients, nurses, referring physicians (PCPs, OB/GYNs, endocrinologists), OR nurse managers, payors, materials managers, C-suite, and other hospital decision makers/influencers.
Qualitative methodologies include traditional, online, and in-context individual and group interviews to provide actionable insights for a broad range of research objectives including patient journey, procedure adoption, positioning, messaging, customer/product requirements, and usability.
