Michelle Soto, MS has been leading healthcare market research for over 17 years, including quantitative and qualitative studies, both domestic and abroad. Michelle is responsible for fostering current client relationships and developing new ones, delivering results, collaborating with clients, mentoring staff, and presenting at conferences. Projects have spanned the product life cycle, including new product development, positioning and messaging, satisfaction and loyalty, segmentation, and customer experience. Michelle is a RIVA trained focus group moderator and has conducted extensive in-person and online qualitative research across a variety of issues and therapeutic areas. She is always looking for new ways to integrate technology and creative approaches into design.
Previous employment at an academic hospital, as well as at a county health department, contribute to her overall familiarity with the healthcare industry. Michelle has an MS in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and earned her BA magna cum laude from the University of Rochester.
