Josh Butler has over 10 years of Market Research Operations experience and was formerly the Data Processing Manager of the healthcare and HISB (Harris Interactive Service Bureau) at Harris Interactive (now Nielsen). His responsibilities included hour and resource budgeting, project scheduling, team growth, offshore coordination, process improvement as well as managing internal client relationships. Josh also spent several of those years working on the automation team as well as a technical consultant for Harris Interactive.
As Vice President of Operations at KJT Group, Josh is responsible for the vision and overall management of field operations, procurement, programming and IT. Continuously working towards the perfect balance between cost, speed and quality, he helps facilitate process improvement, staffing, costing and training. He also provides guidance for research as well as clients on complex projects, fielding requirements and proposals.
Josh is responsible for the KJT Healthcare Professionals Panel, KJT Group’s proprietary panel of healthcare professionals. The KJT panel has continuously grown since 2007 and is comprised of high quality healthcare professionals who are highly motivated to participate in quantitative as well as qualitative research.
Josh is also head of the Apex Ops Group team. Created at the beginning of 2015, Apex sells market research field services to outside agencies and clients who require best in class operational support for complex, quick turnaround or low incidence projects.
Josh received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Development from SUNY Brockport.
