With a diverse balance of experience, Coty Reisdorf, MA brings stakeholder engagement and rigorous health outcomes research perspectives to the forefront of KJT Group projects and client engagements. Coty's unique blend of experience spans patient-centered clinical trials management, health outcomes and political science research, and emergency management. Prior to joining KJT Group in 2014, Coty worked in academic medicine, simultaneously engaging a wide range of stakeholder input from patients, caregivers, physicians and healthcare professionals and using their input to more effectively manage PCORI- and NIH-funded clinical trials in over 20 national sites for geriatric cancer care delivery research (CCDR), community engaged research (CEnR), and patient centered health outcomes research (PCOR).
In 2011, Coty earned her MA in Political Science and Research from Kansas State University. While completing her degree, she worked as a graduate research assistant, published an article in Human Rights Quarterly and volunteered in a community clinic as a patient prescription advocate. Prior to beginning graduate coursework, Coty earned dual BA degrees from Syracuse University in International Relations and Russian Language and at the same time worked as a Staff Sergeant for the Air Force National Guard, focusing on emergency management and disaster preparedness.
