About Alex Castello

Alex Castello, MBA graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2009 where she studied Psychology and began her research career in the Center for Human Development and Adaptation. Prior to graduation she joined Harris Interactive where she was involved in multiple research divisions: Youth and Education, Brand and Communications, and Consumer Goods, Retail and Restaurant. She delivered research focusing on customer satisfaction, awareness and usage, concept testing, discrete choice modeling analysis, market share, brand tracking and more.

Alex joined KJT Group in 2012 and has since gained expertise across a variety of healthcare topics and audiences. She is responsible for managing all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research studies, beginning with design and continuing through to analysis and insight generation. Additionally, Alex has considerable experience moderating online qualitative bulletin board interviews.

In 2015, Alex earned her MBA from the University of Scranton with a specialization in Marketing.
